When an improvement is complete, Developer shall submit a request to the City with all supporting documentation to DIF@ontarioca.gov.”
“SECTION 5. This Resolution, including the updated fee amounts contained in "Exhibit A" and "Exhibit B" attached hereto and incorporated herein, shall be effective for all new development projects occurring in the City, when applicable, sixty (60) days following its adoption.”
