DIF are collected at Building Permit issuance to ensure the City collects sufficient monies to construct the additional infrastructure needed to accommodate the growth of new residents and businesses.”
“Developers shall submit a "DIF Credit Request" or "DIF Reimbursement Request" in order to receive DIF Credit or DIF Reimbursement, for the construction and completion of DIF Program infrastructure included in the City's DIF Nexus Report. When an improvement is complete, Developer shall submit a request to the City with all supporting documentation to DIF@ontarioca.gov.”
“SECTION 5. This Resolution, including the updated fee amounts contained in "Exhibit A" and "Exhibit B" attached hereto and incorporated herein, shall be effective for all new development projects occurring in the City, when applicable, sixty (60) days following its adoption.”
