A scheduled adjustment has passed since this rate took effect

This fee escalates annually. The rate on file is effective 30 Jun 2025, and at least one adjustment has fallen due since. The current amount is probably different, and for an indexed fee almost certainly higher. The next change after that is expected 1 Jul 2027.

The figure is published as held rather than projected forward, because a number computed from an index is not a number quoted from an adopted schedule. It is flagged so you can check the agency's current schedule before relying on it.

City of Rancho Cordova, the agency that levies it

“These fees are collected on behalf of outside Agencies during the building permit process. These funds are then remitted to the Agencies who expend the funds on projects in accordance with their approved AB1600 studies. The City relies on information provided by the outside Agencies to compelete the annual reproting requirements. The city does not audit the information provided by the outside Agencies.”

Credits and offsets

“Upon application by the property owner or his authorized agent, the City may authorize the construction of any major drainage facility designated in the Storm Drainage Impact Fee Program. If the approved facility is sized to serve more than just the property owners project or if the facility will serve a regional purpose, the developer may qualify for fee credits. The credits are not intended to fully compensate developers for the drainage facilities.”
