“This fund is a Capital Facilities Fund and is used primarily to account separately for monies received from fees levied on developers (Mitigation/Developer Fees) as a condition of approving a development. Interest earned in the Capital Facilities Fund is restricted to that fund. Expenditures are restricted to the purpose of building new or maintaining existing capital facilities." / "The District plans to continue to utilize these funds to relocate, acquire, and install portable buildings, for what would otherwise be unhoused students.”
