“The following fees are based on preliminary conceptual information. The exact fee obligation will be computed prior to Final Map approval by Public Works Department, Land Division & Engineering. The fee rates in effect at the time of Final Map approval, determined by the Master Fee Schedule, shall apply (Reso. No. 2016-258).”

“Section 12-4.1604 lists the fees that are eligible to be waived as: 1. Park Facilities Fees 2. Police Facilities Fees 3. Fire Facilities Fees 4. Street Facilities Fees ... On July 21, 2021, Fresno City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2021-029 adding Article 4.16 to the City of Fresno Municipal Code to provide incentives to certain residential infill projects. This Waiver is not valid on Building Permits issued after June 30, 2026. This Waiver is only valid when funds are available to backfill waived fees.”

“The Citywide Regional Street Impact Fee shall be applicable to all building permits issued after July 1, 2007, except for those lots that are protected under vesting map rights which have not expired. This fee would also be applicable to any lots created by subdivision whose map was accepted for filing after January 23, 2007. Fee shall be calculated on a net acreage basis - gross area less major street dedications.”
